Bart and his girls all dressed up and ready for their date night to the Father/Daughter dance.

FatherDaughter Dance

Hair, a little touch of make-up and nails painted make for lots of fun! Especially when you have three kiddo’s under 16 months! Can we just say “wild”!!!

But lots of sweet memories!

The Grand-daughters!

The First Week-Pay It Forward!!!

has been a busy one! They got home on Friday. I went over on Saturday and helped out. Ryan was able to get out of the house a little. I stayed and he and his Dad and brother-in-law came out to our house and went coon hunting and then had a pistol shooting contest with Winston. Ryan said the two of them could not hit the targets! Finally, they got home and I headed home myself. Fun times!!!

Ryan goes back to work on Monday night and will have to sleep some time during the day on Monday!

Sunday they took Bentley back for his little test they do at the hospital and it came out great! I plan on going home and resting after church!

I stayed with Cayla and Ryan from Monday, the 30th of Jan, to Friday the 3rd of  Feb. I washed clothes, cooked and cleaned…..mostly little boys bottoms!!! One day we had a poop marathon going on!!! I think they were seeing who could mess up the most diapers!!!

I had so much fun spending time with all of them. Ryan, when he came home from work early and we shared some laughs and deer pictures together! Sorry if I fell asleep…lol! And oh yes, the morning Cayden woke at 5:00 and here they came through the den. Cayden riding in the “little tike car” with a grin on his face and Ryan pushing him!!! Just priceless!!!

Many trips up and down the hall playing with Cayden! Book readings and bath time! Bottle feeding and admiring and snuggling with Bentley! Wonder why I am tired??? But, it was all worth it!

The funniest thing is how Cayden does not want the Grandparents to hold Bentley!!! No way, he says!

We did go to the house a couple of times during the week for payroll and such! Even rode the tractor a little and Cayden rode it with Papa, all by his self!!! WB was happy!!!

And look at this big boy in the baby swing!!!

One little busy bee!

Now Cayla understands why you have so many pictures of the first one and not many of the next kids!!! The first kid is interfering with the picture taking and your time is limited!!!  LOL!!!

Thanks for a fun week!

It is times like these when you are 50 and not getting a whole lot of sleep that you truly appreciate your parents!!! You just don’t know what it feels like until you are that age and you go through it yourself! That is when you really appreciate the things that have been done for you!!!  When you are young you are thankful, don’t get me wrong!!! But oh, how you really appreciate the sacrifice when you are the age your parents were and you pay it forward!!! I love both of our parents for all of the love, support and tireless help through the years!!! Thank-you Lord!!! And forgive me for not being MORE Thankful….but I could not-----I had not been there!LOL!
